Supports startup recruitment and portfolio development through lead research, prospecting, outreach campaigns, CRM administration, data entry, cleaning, and analysis. Assists with Salesforce, email campaign reporting, process improvements, and First Valley Fellowship program delivery, including mentor matching and resource tracking. Provides administrative and technical support to operations, including lab and reception coverage. The role is a six-month, on-site co-op for eligible Massachusetts students or recent graduates.

Supports marketing and partnership programs connecting climatetech startups with corporate partners. Responsibilities include media monitoring, partner and startup onboarding, Salesforce data management, email campaigns, social media content, newsletters, startup reports, pitch day events, and front desk coverage. The role also supports analytics, audience management, website updates, and community programming in a hybrid environment.

Manages startup recruitment and application pipelines for Greentown Labs’ Massachusetts incubator while operating the First Valley Fellowship. Responsibilities include founder outreach, applicant screening, Salesforce tracking, recruitment events, fellow and mentor coordination, grant compliance, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery. The role requires strong project management, relationship-building, CRM proficiency, and enthusiasm for climate technology and entrepreneurship.
