Owns credit risk strategies for a consumer lending platform, including loan valuation, loss and profitability modeling, performance monitoring, test-and-learn experimentation, prescreen strategy, and implementation within decisioning systems. The role partners with Credit, Product, Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, and Compliance to optimize underwriting, pricing, borrower communications, and collections strategies. It also requires communicating analytical insights to senior stakeholders and potentially mentoring junior team members.

Designs and automates software testing for business intelligence, data warehouse, reporting, and ETL projects. Develops SQL and Python validation routines, tests Snowflake and Microsoft SQL Server data, verifies SSRS, Tableau, and Sigma reports, and enhances Talend ETL test frameworks. Documents results, resolves data discrepancies with stakeholders, participates in Agile ceremonies, and mentors junior engineers.

Leads the modernization of GreenSky’s Snowflake enterprise data platform, including data warehouse optimization, ETL/ELT modernization, governance, quality, observability, and self-service analytics. Defines multi-year data strategy and roadmaps, establishes engineering and deployment standards, enables AI/ML capabilities, and develops a team of data and test engineers while aligning platform investments with business outcomes.

Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, ETL jobs, data lake integrations, CI/CD workflows, Snowflake solutions, governance controls, and data quality monitoring. Develops automated transformations, incremental loads, CDC processes, testing strategies, and database workflows using Talend, Python, SQL, and cloud technologies. The role also includes mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, optimizing performance and costs, and maintaining compliance and lineage across enterprise data systems.

Develop and support automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications. Build scalable automation solutions, execute tests, monitor quality KPIs, troubleshoot failures, and improve regression and release quality. Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, management, and business teams in an Agile environment while documenting test cases and results, identifying edge cases, and mentoring teammates on automation practices.

Manage an assigned portfolio of partner programs to drive merchant activation, revenue growth, and retention. Responsibilities include launching programs, onboarding and training partners and merchants, supporting financing inquiries, conducting business reviews, coordinating events, finalizing contracts, analyzing performance, and reporting results to stakeholders. The role requires sales or relationship management experience, quota-carrying success, Salesforce proficiency, and strong presentation and partner communication skills.

Supports daily treasury operations, including cash monitoring, ACH and wire payments, approval workflows, reconciliations, reporting, exception resolution, bank account administration, and control documentation. The role validates data across systems, investigates variances, prepares audit evidence, and recommends process improvements. Requires strong attention to detail, independent judgment, deadline management, and experience with treasury, payments, accounting, or financial operations.

Designs and governs secure, scalable cloud-native enterprise solutions across AWS and Azure.
