Drive new merchant acquisition and account growth for GreenSky’s HomeDraw HELOC and point-of-sale financing offerings. Prospect and close home improvement merchant contracts, identify qualified HELOC opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, deliver client presentations and training, maintain a healthy pipeline, support merchant enablement, and build relationships through industry events. The role requires B2B sales experience, strong presentation skills, and familiarity with Salesforce and virtual meeting tools.

Leads GreenSky’s enterprise business intelligence and data engineering strategy, including data modernization, cloud platforms, analytics, governance, reporting, and AI/ML enablement. Builds and scales enterprise data organizations, establishes KPI frameworks and executive reporting, ensures regulatory compliance and data quality, and applies advanced analytics to lending, credit risk, fraud prevention, servicing, customer acquisition, and portfolio performance.

Manages an assigned portfolio of merchant partners to retain, grow, and activate use of GreenSky financing solutions. Responsibilities include merchant outreach, training, account growth initiatives, pricing and underwriting support, relationship development, and timely client service. Success is measured by merchant retention, activation, revenue generation, and increased consumer loan volume.
