Designs complex VIP aircraft interiors and structures, including ceilings, sidewalls, flooring, floor structures, and OEM modifications. Selects materials, performs mechanical motion and weight-and-balance analysis, and ensures designs meet customer, quality, manufacturing, budget, schedule, and FAA requirements. Collaborates with manufacturing, design, suppliers, and testing teams; supports drawing reviews, test setups, reports, and liaison engineering.
