Develops, integrates, maintains, and oversees Integrated Master Schedules for complex aerospace development programs. Responsibilities include baseline management, EVMS integration, critical-path and variance analysis, forecasting, recovery planning, schedule reporting, Integrated Baseline Reviews, customer audits, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and finance. The role also serves as a scheduling subject matter expert, mentors teams, and supports proposals and program execution.

Coordinates aerospace prototype programs from contract execution through delivery, serving as the primary customer contact. Manages schedules, budgets, quality, work packages, control accounts, EVMS reporting, change orders, risks, milestones, vendors, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, certification, supply chain, and operations. Leads program reviews, resolves issues, supports customer relationships, and oversees modification center activities while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Evaluates technical issues and recurring trends, facilitates root cause analysis, coordinates cross-functional resources, maintains customer quality systems, manages risks, and drives timely corrective action closure while supporting AS9100 and Boeing compliance.

Serves as the primary quality liaison between Boeing and Greenpoint Technologies, coordinating customer quality issues, NCRs, corrective actions, audits, deliverables, and communications. Evaluates risks, facilitates root-cause analysis, develops corrective-action responses, maintains customer quality portals, tracks commitments, and drives timely issue resolution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain. The role interprets aerospace requirements, supports reviews and customer visits, identifies quality trends, and escalates significant risks.

Serves as the primary quality liaison between Boeing and GTI, coordinating nonconformance reports, corrective actions, audits, quality deliverables, and customer communications. Evaluates risks, leads root cause analysis, coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains quality records and portals, interprets aerospace requirements, and drives timely issue resolution and closure. The role supports compliance with AS9100, Boeing specifications, CFRs, and program-specific requirements while participating in reviews, technical discussions, and customer visits.

Designs complex VIP aircraft interiors and structures, including ceilings, sidewalls, flooring, floor structures, and OEM modifications. Selects materials, performs mechanical motion and weight-and-balance analysis, and ensures designs meet customer, quality, manufacturing, budget, schedule, and FAA requirements. Collaborates with manufacturing, design, suppliers, and testing teams; supports drawing reviews, test setups, reports, and liaison engineering. Provides technical guidance while developing manufacturable, cost-effective, and aesthetically appropriate aircraft interior solutions.

Coordinates and executes VIP aircraft interior design projects from concept through delivery. Develops design documentation, material palettes, finishes, renderings, and presentation materials while coordinating with clients, engineering, manufacturing, installation, certification, suppliers, and program management. Reviews deliverables for quality, tracks milestones, supports design reviews, resolves project risks, and helps maintain design standards. Travel to suppliers, customer meetings, and aircraft installation sites may be required.

Leads and mentors a mechanical engineering team supporting VIP aircraft interior programs. Assigns work, manages schedules and budgets, provides technical guidance, supports hiring and performance reviews, and ensures engineering design data is released on time. The role also improves tools and processes, coordinates cross-functionally, reports risks and status, and applies aerospace, mechanical design, documentation, CAD, and manufacturing expertise to deliver high-quality aircraft solutions.

Supports the design, analysis, and installation of aircraft mechanical system modifications, including air conditioning, ventilation, oxygen, water, waste, cooling, and smoke detection systems. Uses 2D and 3D CAD tools to develop designs, select materials and components, review fit and function, support manufacturing, resolve routine technical issues, and ensure compliance with customer, quality, FAA, schedule, and budget requirements.

Manage production schedules, resolve material and production issues, coordinate ERP scheduling, ensure MIR accuracy, oversee outsourced processes, implement lean flow improvements, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, and report status to the Production Control Supervisor to maintain on-time aerospace production.
