Leads the enterprise PMO and establishes standardized program management governance, processes, tools, and reporting. Oversees scheduling and program planning and control teams, including integrated master schedules, earned value management, forecasting, risk management, change management, and performance reporting. Drives PMO maturity, cross-functional alignment, continuous improvement, contractual compliance, and executive decision support across aerospace and defense programs.

Leads supplier integration, strategy, performance, risk management, readiness assessments, escalations, and recovery execution across complex aerospace programs. Coordinates suppliers with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Program Management to align schedules, technical requirements, delivery, certification data, and program readiness. Drives supplier improvement initiatives, manages cross-program priorities, communicates risks and mitigation plans, and mentors supplier-management staff.

Supports aerospace program execution through cross-functional coordination, performance monitoring, reporting, vendor communication, program reviews, issue resolution, risk management, change orders, procurement support, and contract compliance. Maintains program tools, processes, policies, and communications while helping ensure assigned projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and contractual objectives. Also supports onboarding and final inspection activities.
