The Director of FP&A will lead budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, KPI analysis, and capital allocation insights. Responsibilities include operationalizing workflows, evaluating systems, collaborating on UX, and ensuring reliability and quality in AI products.

Own and expand revenue within an enterprise customer book by identifying expansion opportunities, building multi-threaded relationships, developing business cases, running executive QBRs/CBRs, maintaining HubSpot pipeline discipline, and collaborating across Sales, Customer Operations, Service Delivery, and Partnerships to drive programmatic growth.

Own end-to-end product lifecycle for B2B AI-enabled permitting products: discovery, roadmap, design, launch, iteration. Work closely with engineering, design, leadership, and customers to define strategy, measure success, and drive adoption.
