Support GIB supply chain software and forecasting by analyzing historical sales, trends, and customer behavior. Report demand exceptions and KPIs, collaborate with supply chain coordinators to influence replenishment, manage a single business unit, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

Lead and supervise hourly production staff, plan and execute daily/monthly/annual production goals, and support S&O planning. Coordinate cross-functional activities (scheduling, engineering, shipping, inventory, purchasing), manage capacity and equipment performance, enforce 5S and safety, and drive lean continuous improvement projects. Oversee labor planning, cross-training, and compliance with labor agreements to meet quality, on-time shipping, and productivity targets.

Provide sales support and high-level customer service for OEM account managers: assist customers with product selection and CAPS file creation, produce quotes, provide training and order status updates, and help set annual sales and margin goals to meet OEM channel targets.
