Teams at Greenheck Group

Designs, programs, assembles, installs, troubleshoots, and commissions electrical controls for machines and tooling systems. Creates schematics and cabinet layouts, builds and wires panels, develops PLC/HMI/robot programs, integrates hydraulic and pneumatic systems, researches safety devices, and ensures guarding complies with OSHA and ANSI standards. Supports automation projects, coordinates machine installations, trains maintenance and manufacturing personnel, and provides post-installation support. The role is primarily on-site in Schofield, Wisconsin, with minimum travel to Greenheck facilities.

Provides daily sales-channel support by phone and email, answering questions about orders, shipping, returns, billing, credits, and changes. Processes return authorizations and order updates in the CRM, generates reports and documentation, supports front desk and switchboard coverage, coordinates issue resolution with internal teams, and assists with pricing adjustments and special design requests.

Provides advanced technical application support for commercial HVAC products, including product selection, special designs, pricing, field problem resolution, and code compliance. Develops product training and communicates selling points to sales teams and customers. Builds relationships across representative and sales channels, supports industry events, identifies process improvements and competitor opportunities, documents service calls, and may mentor staff or manage moderately complex projects. Occasional onsite travel may be required.
