Build relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors, purchasing teams, and end users; prospect for new business; recommend products; prepare quotes; and coordinate projects with internal teams. Manage sales pipelines, customer visits, territory strategy, travel, and follow-up to achieve revenue, order volume, and profitability goals.

Enhance Azure infrastructure and security by building secure CI/CD pipelines, deploying cloud applications, monitoring vulnerabilities with Wiz, and implementing security controls. The role manages infrastructure as code, container security, identity and access management, compliance, audits, threat assessments, monitoring, and incident response across cloud environments.

Supports HR activities in a manufacturing environment, including employee relations investigations, researching outcomes, making recommendations, partnering with leaders, and coordinating culture and engagement events. Conducts research and data analysis for HR projects while developing practical HR Business Partner experience through collaboration, feedback, and company-wide learning opportunities.
