Designs, programs, assembles, installs, and troubleshoots electrical controls for machines and tooling. Develops PLC/HMI/robot/vision programs, creates electrical schematics and cabinet layouts in AutoCAD Electrical, builds panels, commissions machines, trains maintenance staff, integrates systems with SAP, ensures NEC/UL/NFPA/OSHA compliance, and provides field installation and retrofit support across Greenheck facilities.

Manage an established sales territory for commercial kitchen ventilation systems. Build and grow customer relationships, drive new business, develop quotes using CAPS, collaborate with engineering and inside sales, attend trade shows, and achieve territory revenue targets.

Lead daily production operations and supervise hourly staff and supervisors to meet output, quality, and on-time shipping goals. Plan and execute S&O plans, coordinate across departments, manage capacity and inventory, drive lean continuous improvement and 5S initiatives, maintain equipment performance and safety, and develop team cross-training and labor plans to maximize productivity and efficiency.
