Research target accounts, personalize outreach, conduct initial discovery, qualify prospects, and book meetings for Account Executives. Maintain accurate CRM data, collaborate on messaging and targeting, test outbound strategies, and provide market insights. The role is full-time and on-site in NoMad, NYC.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS accounts, from outbound prospecting through signature. Build pipeline through inbound, cold outreach, partnerships, and conferences; manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving compliance, legal, finance, and operations; navigate procurement and security reviews; forecast accurately; maintain CRM hygiene; and provide market feedback to improve sales messaging, targeting, and product direction.

Own Greenboard’s B2B SaaS content engine, including LinkedIn, thought leadership, customer stories, podcasts, newsletters, product launches, sales enablement, events content, SEO, and paid campaign support. Create clear content for compliance and financial-services audiences, manage editorial production, collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams, and connect content performance to engagement, meetings, and pipeline.

Own Greenboard’s quality strategy as its first dedicated Automation Engineer. Build the test framework, automated regression suites, QA practices, release gates, and critical-path validation for compliance workflows. Develop methods for evaluating nondeterministic AI outputs using golden datasets and quality thresholds. Validate data integrity across large-scale ingestion pipelines, conduct bug triage, support release sign-off, and collaborate closely with engineers and regulated financial-services customers.

Build and scale full-stack systems (Node.js + React) on AWS, develop scalable data infrastructure, integrate AI/ML features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, production-grade compliance products.
