Own the full sales cycle for SMB B2B SaaS accounts, from inbound and outbound prospecting through discovery, demos, negotiation, and close. Build and maintain pipeline, manage multiple short-cycle deals, forecast accurately, maintain CRM hygiene, coordinate customer handoffs, and provide feedback to sales and product leadership. The role targets independent RIAs, emerging fund managers, fintechs, and other small financial-services firms.

Own Greenboard’s go-to-market technology stack, including HubSpot administration, CRM workflows, integrations, data quality, call intelligence, LLM-powered automation, dashboards, and Slack reporting. Partner with revenue leadership to translate sales processes into scalable systems, investigate funnel and deal data, and ship automation and analytics projects end to end. The role requires strong CRM expertise, SQL, Python or JavaScript, data warehousing, APIs, and experience building executive-facing reporting.

Own and scale Greenboard’s security posture across infrastructure, applications, networks, endpoints, and development workflows. Responsibilities include vulnerability remediation, penetration testing, secure SDLC controls, secrets and access management, infrastructure hardening, SOC 2/GDPR/ISO 42001 compliance, vendor reviews, customer security diligence, and endpoint security. This first dedicated security hire will establish security processes, support international expansion, and communicate risks across engineering, compliance, sales, and business teams.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS accounts, from outbound prospecting through signature. Build pipeline through inbound, cold outreach, partnerships, and conferences; manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving compliance, legal, finance, and operations; navigate procurement and security reviews; forecast accurately; maintain CRM hygiene; and provide market feedback to improve sales messaging, targeting, and product direction.

Own Greenboard’s B2B SaaS content engine, including LinkedIn, thought leadership, customer stories, podcasts, newsletters, product launches, sales enablement, events content, SEO, and paid campaign support. Create clear content for compliance and financial-services audiences, manage editorial production, collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams, and connect content performance to engagement, meetings, and pipeline.

Own Greenboard’s quality strategy as its first dedicated Automation Engineer. Build the test framework, automated regression suites, QA practices, release gates, and critical-path validation for compliance workflows. Develop methods for evaluating nondeterministic AI outputs using golden datasets and quality thresholds. Validate data integrity across large-scale ingestion pipelines, conduct bug triage, support release sign-off, and collaborate closely with engineers and regulated financial-services customers.

Build and scale full-stack systems (Node.js + React) on AWS, develop scalable data infrastructure, integrate AI/ML features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, production-grade compliance products.
