Own end-to-end design of AI-powered compliance workflows from concept to production. Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to create intuitive experiences, rapid prototypes, and a scalable design system. Conduct customer research to validate assumptions and iterate quickly in an early-stage environment.

Generate qualified pipeline via high-volume outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn), research target accounts, run discovery to qualify fit, book meetings for AEs, refine outbound playbook, and help build Greenboard's West Coast presence from the Phoenix office.

Lead and scale Greenboard's security program: detect and remediate vulnerabilities, run pentests, integrate security into CI/CD, manage secrets and access, maintain SOC 2 and GDPR compliance, drive ISO 42001 efforts, handle vendor/customer security diligence, and manage endpoint and device security.
