Lead ThinkPlants perennial and shrub product lines, owning 5-year strategy, partner relationships, new product negotiations, portfolio planning, sales performance analysis, training sales teams, marketing support, budgeting, and team leadership to drive sales and market growth.

Manage daily greenhouse crop production including irrigation, nutrition, environmental controls, and IPM. Diagnose crop issues, optimize quality through cultural techniques, maintain records, train and lead helpers, and troubleshoot mechanical and climate systems to ensure efficient, safe operations.

Supervise daily operations of assigned greenhouse work cells: plan and complete production and packaging orders, train and develop supervisors and hourly staff, maintain reports and SOPs, ensure safety and use of tracking tools, and coordinate resources with receiving and Continuous Improvement teams.
