Performs quality inspections and audits of plant packaging, orders, inventory documentation, and ecommerce operations. Verifies product specifications, UPCs, pots, tags, and pick-ticket accuracy; investigates complaints and nonconformances; documents discrepancies; and analyzes quality data for improvement. The role works across multiple facilities with sales, greenhouse operations, shipping, and facility management teams.

Oversee production, packaging, and greenhouse operations; execute operating plans; train and develop crew leaders; maintain throughput standards; delegate work using Lean processes; direct workforce rotations; monitor quality and efficiency; maintain hour-by-hour production boards; and communicate solutions when production targets are missed.

Oversee daily greenhouse work-cell operations, including packaging and production orders, staffing, scheduling, reporting, safety, and adherence to work instructions. Direct supervisors and crew leaders, communicate labor and supply needs, train and develop personnel, monitor production rates, maintain tracking tools, and implement SOPs with the Continuous Improvement Team.
