Teams at Green Acres Lawn Care

Perform outdoor lawn care tasks using commercial equipment, meet production schedules, obtain pesticide operator certification, work flexible hours (including occasional Saturdays), lift 50–75 lbs, maintain a clean driving record for advancement, and work safely in varied weather without allergic reactions to dust/dirt.

Serve as first point of contact for prospects and clients: handle calls, emails, and in-person interactions; send sales letters; follow up on estimates and close leads; measure properties; write proposals; communicate job details to the team; document client interactions; and process invoices and payments. Work occurs both in-office and on-site.
