The Human Resources Generalist supports organization-wide HR operations, including HRIS administration, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, records management, employee communications, and policy administration. The role provides guidance to employees and leaders, supports investigations and audits, maintains confidential personnel data, assists with training and engagement initiatives, and helps improve HR processes and systems.

Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing, resolve timekeeping and pay discrepancies, maintain employee records and HRIS data, process employee lifecycle and separation transactions, audit payroll information, support compliance reporting, and provide payroll guidance to managers. The role partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, and operational leadership while supporting accurate and timely payroll administration.

Leads foundation and corporate fundraising strategy for the Greater Philadelphia YMCA. Oversees grant prospecting, proposal development, donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, compliance, reporting, and Salesforce NPSP records. Collaborates with finance, operations, government relations, program, and development teams to align funding with organizational priorities. Manages grant writers, consultants, staff, and volunteers while developing tax-credit fundraising initiatives and tracking grant activity, deadlines, awards, and outcomes.
