Lead and manage Youth Services including Early Childhood, School Age Care, Summer Camp, and Teen Programs. Provide strategic direction, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, staff recruitment/training/supervision, family engagement, grant and contract management, community partnership development, and program quality improvement to meet YMCA goals.

Provide accounts receivable/payable, cash management, billing and collections for programs and memberships. Process refunds, state vouchers, grant billing, support audits and reporting, and deliver administrative support and special projects.

Supervise and nurture groups of children in an afterschool setting, plan developmentally appropriate activities, enforce safety and behavior policies, communicate with parents, participate in staff training and family events, and maintain program records while demonstrating YMCA core values.

Provide front-desk membership and program sales support: process memberships and registrations in MemberST, answer phones, maintain entry security, handle cash drawer/opening and closing procedures, give tours to prospective members, keep the area tidy, and comply with CPR/First Aid and professional dress/attendance expectations.

Provide safe, age-appropriate supervision and activities for children (4 weeks–7 years), implement Child Watch policies, maintain cleanliness and safety, execute emergency procedures, and foster positive relationships with families and YMCA members.
