Supervise children and lead developmentally appropriate afterschool activities in a safe, inclusive environment. Build positive relationships with youth, families, and caregivers; support youth leadership and decision-making; maintain program records and site standards; follow safety and child protection policies; attend family events, staff meetings, and training; and uphold YMCA values.

Lead and manage Youth Services including Early Childhood, School Age Care, Summer Camp, and Teen Programs. Provide strategic direction, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, staff recruitment/training/supervision, family engagement, grant and contract management, community partnership development, and program quality improvement to meet YMCA goals.
