Greet patients and manage check-in/registration, enter and maintain accurate EHR records, schedule appointments, process payments/charges, prepare paperwork, follow PCMH policies, attend training, and support clinic operations across assigned sites.

Provide frontline IT support by resolving internal support tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, imaging and maintaining Windows workstations, supporting Active Directory and remote desktop environments, participating in IT projects, documenting resolutions in the ticketing system, and providing on-call after-hours and weekend support.

The Receptionist welcomes patients, registers them, maintains files, schedules appointments, verifies insurance, and assists with various tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment.
