Processes revenue, accounts receivable, and accounts payable; prepares financial reports and statements; supports journal entries, audits, regulatory and grant reporting; maintains financial systems and procedures; and safeguards organizational assets across multiple health center locations.

Oversee daily operations across clinic sites, ensuring documentation, compliance, staffing, training, supervision, and quality standards. Lead clinic staff, recruit nursing personnel, implement organizational and Joint Commission policies, monitor program objectives, and provide on-call support. The role requires strong communication, computer literacy, healthcare operations experience, and preferably nursing credentials and community health center experience.

Serves as the health center’s first point of contact by welcoming patients, preparing paperwork, completing check-in and registration, maintaining accurate EHR records, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and verifying charges. The role supports clinic operations, follows PCMH procedures, maintains confidentiality, attends training, and provides empathetic customer service. Spanish bilingual ability is preferred, and occasional travel to different work sites or communities may be required.
