Supports residents and nursing staff with non-clinical care tasks, including bed-making, meal service, call lights, supplies, laundry, cleaning, and resident activities. Maintains a safe, welcoming environment, follows dietary and facility policies, documents information accurately, and reports concerns or safety issues to nursing or management. Requires reliability, compassion, organization, clear communication, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Prepares, portions, and serves meals; assembles trays and delivers meal carts; manages food and floor supplies; follows menus and standardized recipes; cleans, sanitizes, and stores dishes and kitchen equipment; and supports food safety, cleanliness, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.

Provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, implements care plans, transcribes physician orders, documents assessments, and leads nurse aides. The charge nurse supports shift communication, staff education, infection control, emergency response, resident safety, and staffing coverage while maintaining compliance with physician orders, company policies, and regulations.
