Entertain and guide guests through immersive escape room experiences, staying in character and maintaining storyline. Provide excellent customer service, solve operational problems, work weekends (Saturdays required), and collaborate with the team to improve operations. Part-time role (15–25 hours/week) with opportunities for commission and growth.

Manage daily on-site operations to ensure safe, high-quality guest experiences, drive bookings and revenue via local outreach and marketing, handle customer and group bookings, supervise and schedule staff, support live events, build community relationships, and track performance metrics. Requires evening and weekend availability.

The Operations Manager oversees staff operations, schedules, marketing activities, and maintains the location. Responsibilities include interviewing staff, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth functionality of escape rooms.

Run and host escape room experiences by entertaining guests, staying in character, guiding gameplay, solving operational problems, and supporting teammates. Must provide reliable evening/weekend/holiday availability, communicate clearly with guests, improve assigned areas, and contribute to sales and guest service efforts.

Design, build, maintain, and install electronics and prototypes for escape-room props and experiences. Tasks include circuit design and testing, CAD design, wiring, PCB work, prototyping, troubleshooting, version control, and occasional travel for installations.
