Responsibilities may also include improving assigned areas and supporting Encore Ticket sales and customer review initiatives.

Serve as an escape room game master by entertaining customers, staying in character, facilitating memorable experiences, providing guidance, solving problems independently, and collaborating with teammates. The role is part-time, primarily on weekends and evenings, with Saturdays required. Team members may earn additional compensation through monthly performance awards and ticket sales commissions.
