Lead and support escape room experiences by entertaining guests, maintaining character and storylines, solving problems independently, and helping create memorable customer interactions. The role requires reliability, teamwork, strong communication, a charming personality, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities may also include improving assigned areas and supporting Encore Ticket sales and customer review initiatives.

Serve as an escape room game master by entertaining customers, staying in character, facilitating memorable experiences, providing guidance, solving problems independently, and collaborating with teammates. The role is part-time, primarily on weekends and evenings, with Saturdays required. Team members may earn additional compensation through monthly performance awards and ticket sales commissions.
