Teams at The Great Escape Room

Manage daily on-site operations to ensure safe, high-quality guest experiences, drive bookings and revenue via local outreach and marketing, handle customer and group bookings, supervise and schedule staff, support live events, build community relationships, and track performance metrics. Requires evening and weekend availability.

Provide workshop and production support: order parts and supplies, perform scenic repairs using instructions, research materials, run local errands, do light clerical tasks, and help organize the workshop. Part-time role (~25 hours/week) at $20/hour.

The Operations Manager oversees staff operations, schedules, marketing activities, and maintains the location. Responsibilities include interviewing staff, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth functionality of escape rooms.
