The Operations Manager oversees staff operations, schedules, marketing activities, and maintains the location. Responsibilities include interviewing staff, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth functionality of escape rooms.

Run and host escape room experiences by entertaining guests, staying in character, guiding gameplay, solving operational problems, and supporting teammates. Must provide reliable evening/weekend/holiday availability, communicate clearly with guests, improve assigned areas, and contribute to sales and guest service efforts.

Monitor and facilitate escape room experiences by greeting guests, communicating while in-character, supervising gameplay, solving issues independently, and working evenings and weekends as part of a team.
