The role is office-based in Kaysville, Utah, with up to 25% travel.

Monitors fire and hole watch activities on active construction sites, protects personnel in high-risk environments, records hazardous conditions, activates alarms, and contacts emergency responders when needed. The role requires reliable transportation, strong attendance, lifting 40–50 pounds, extended outdoor standing, PPE use, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and swing shifts.

Oversee multiple electrical construction projects nationwide from preconstruction through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, safety compliance (NEC/OSHA), billing, and customer relations. Provide on-site leadership, ensure project profitability, and travel extensively to support field operations and project execution.

Lead QA/QC programs and a team of inspectors to ensure welding and construction work meets industry codes and company standards. Conduct audits, review documentation, provide training, and collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues while maintaining organized quality records.

Lead planning, execution, and completion of tank construction projects; manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, safety compliance, stakeholders, subcontractors, and cross‑team communication.

Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment to fabricate metal parts per blueprints. Set up machines, perform drilling/cutting/shaping, inspect parts for quality, collaborate with fabrication and engineering, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, document production, and follow safety protocols in a heavy industrial environment.

Hands-on working lead for the processing and machine shop who operates equipment (burn tables, press brakes, saws), coordinates production flow, assigns tasks, performs quality checks, tracks parts in Tekla PowerFab GO, trains staff, and enforces safety and housekeeping to maintain productivity.

Oversee planning, execution, and completion of fabrication projects—managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, safety compliance, and stakeholder communication. Develop resource-loaded schedules, track progress and variances, coordinate subcontractors and internal teams, perform cost forecasting, and ensure projects meet quality and timeline requirements.
