Recruit skilled craft professionals for industrial construction projects by sourcing candidates, screening applications, building talent pipelines, and developing relationships with trade schools and workforce partners. Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events, coordinate interviews and offers, maintain applicant records in Workable, support referrals, and collaborate with project teams, operations, and HR. The role is office-based in Kaysville, Utah, with up to 25% travel.

Oversee multiple electrical construction projects nationwide from preconstruction through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, safety compliance (NEC/OSHA), billing, and customer relations. Provide on-site leadership, ensure project profitability, and travel extensively to support field operations and project execution.

Lead planning, execution, and completion of tank construction projects; manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, safety compliance, stakeholders, subcontractors, and cross‑team communication.
