Supports HR operations through employee relations documentation, compliance, onboarding, performance management, benefits and payroll coordination, employee records, exit interviews, and 30/60/90-day follow-ups. Prepares recruiting, turnover, retention, and pipeline reports while partnering with managers and escalating sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
