Leads full-cycle recruiting across multiple restaurant and specialty-market locations, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, hiring events, and bilingual new-hire orientation. Supports HR operations through employee relations documentation, compliance, onboarding, performance management, benefits and payroll coordination, employee records, exit interviews, and 30/60/90-day follow-ups. Prepares recruiting, turnover, retention, and pipeline reports while partnering with managers and escalating sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
