Journeyman Boilermaker performs boiler and component assembly, welding, fabrication, oxyfuel cutting, pipe and tube work, valve/gasket installation, hangers/supports and rigging, reads drawings, follows lift plans, and adheres to safety procedures on heavy industrial projects.

Perform journeyman-level ironworker and rigging duties on heavy industrial construction projects: rig and move extra-heavy equipment using cranes, set and secure steel framing, read plans, perform oxyfuel cutting, complete pre-lift checklists, and follow safety and hand-signal procedures. Work at heights and in varied outdoor conditions.

Install, maintain, align, troubleshoot, dismantle, and move industrial machinery per blueprints; perform laser alignment, rigging, bearing and seal work, gasket installation, pump and turbine maintenance, and general millwright duties.

Install, maintain, repair, dismantle and move industrial machinery per blueprints. Perform rigging, bearing replacement, seals, couplings, drives, pumps, turbines, conveyors and troubleshooting. Read schematics, fabricate shims, and follow safety/PPE and site procedures on up to 12-hour shifts.

Coordinate owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams; support safety, cost control, earned value tracking, scheduling (Primavera P6/MS Project), procurement, change orders, quality control, and site coordination to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, perform look-ahead planning and schedule impact analysis, create 4D sequencing and clash detection in Navisworks, produce AutoCAD support drawings, perform 3D lift/crane studies, coordinate with engineering/fabrication/field teams, and translate digital schedules/models into executable field plans to support project managers and superintendents.

Provide on-site engineering support for heavy industrial construction projects: review estimates and contracts, oversee field installation quality and schedules, manage change orders, monitor productivity and earned value, coordinate stakeholders, and serve as technical liaison to owners and engineers.

Perform journeyman-level ironworker and rigging tasks on a heavy industrial construction site: rigging/heavy lifts, positioning and bolting steel framing, oxyfuel cutting, reading blueprints, completing pre-lift checklists, and using hand signals and fall protection.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, dismantle, and move industrial machinery per blueprints. Perform rigging, bearing removal/installation, seals, couplings, shims, belt/chain drives, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, and turbine-related maintenance. Follow safety procedures and perform other trade duties as assigned.

Lead structural steel projects from kickoff through completion: develop execution plans, manage budgets, schedules, submittals, and teams; coordinate detailing, fabrication, field erection, subcontractors, and clients; visit sites and shops; mentor junior staff and ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.

Lead day-to-day plant operations for a modular data center manufacturing facility, accountable for safety, quality, delivery, throughput, labor productivity, and material flow. Implement and maintain a disciplined plant operating system, coordinate production/warehouse/quality/testing, drive staffing and training, partner with engineering and project management, and scale output while maintaining safety and operating discipline.

Lead the project controls team to create and maintain schedules, forecast labor, manage resource planning, ensure compliance with contractual project control requirements, support troubled-project recovery, audit earned vs. burn, sign off on proposal schedules over $5M, and coordinate with estimating, project management, and corporate leadership.

Drive regional revenue and profitability by developing and executing sales and market strategies, building customer relationships, identifying new markets, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. Work closely with Director/GM, use CRM and office software, present to stakeholders, and travel up to 50% within the territory.

Receive, unpack, inspect, store, track, and issue tools and supplies for construction crews. Maintain inventory records, perform basic tool maintenance and minor repairs, organize and label items, monitor supply levels, and notify leadership to reorder. Follow safety procedures and assist with lifting and moving materials.

Manage technical information flow between project team, customers, and vendors. Review design drawings and 3D BIM models, coordinate detailing, RFIs, submittals, shop fabrication releases, and document control. Liaise between shop, field, detailers, subcontractors and design team; assist scheduling, training, and project coordination. Travel to meetings, fabrication facilities, and job sites.
