Journeyman boilermaker responsible for boiler and piping assembly, welding, fabrication, oxyfuel cutting, rigging, gasket and valve installation, tube work, reading drawings, and supporting lifts and safety procedures on heavy industrial construction projects.

Journeyman Boilermaker performs boiler and component assembly, welding, fabrication, oxyfuel cutting, pipe and tube work, valve/gasket installation, hangers/supports and rigging, reads drawings, follows lift plans, and adheres to safety procedures on heavy industrial projects.

Perform journeyman-level ironworker and rigging duties on heavy industrial construction projects: rig and move extra-heavy equipment using cranes, set and secure steel framing, read plans, perform oxyfuel cutting, complete pre-lift checklists, and follow safety and hand-signal procedures. Work at heights and in varied outdoor conditions.
