Journeyman Boilermaker performs boiler and component assembly, welding, fabrication, oxyfuel cutting, pipe and tube work, valve/gasket installation, hangers/supports and rigging, reads drawings, follows lift plans, and adheres to safety procedures on heavy industrial projects.

Manage HR operations including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration, policy implementation, HRIS recordkeeping, performance management, compliance with federal/state employment law, and routine audits. Serve as HR point of contact and support managers with personnel policies and internal communications.

Assemble, fit, and fabricate tanks, boilers, and pressure vessels to drawings; inspect and measure components; perform fit‑up and post‑weld cleanup/repairs; communicate with field supervision; follow safety and quality standards.
