Lead Grayscale’s strategy and execution for hosted, sponsored, virtual, hybrid, and conference events. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Brand, and Leadership to create experiences that strengthen relationships, support campaigns, and generate pipeline. Oversee event logistics, programming, vendors, agencies, budgets, analytics, ROI reporting, and on-site activations while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality attendee experiences.

Own end-to-end execution of multichannel advertising campaigns across paid media, brand, sponsorship, digital, and traditional channels. Manage campaign calendars, trafficking, tagging, ad serving, QA, approvals, budgets, vendors, agencies, and launch timelines. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports and post-campaign recaps while maintaining campaign workflows and proactively managing risks.

Own product operations for Grayscale’s index-based investment products, including prospectus reviews, benchmark changes, share splits, expense ratio updates, launches, liquidations, and board-driven changes. Coordinate cross-functional execution among Product Management, Product Development, Legal and Compliance, Capital Markets, Marketing Operations, regulators, index providers, and fund boards. Maintain operational calendars, monitoring tools, filings, and product data while ensuring accurate, timely execution across the product lifecycle.

Owns DevOps, SecOps, cloud governance, infrastructure architecture, CI/CD, observability, and platform enablement on AWS. The role develops Terraform-managed infrastructure, secure GitLab pipelines, compliance automation, cost controls, monitoring, self-service tooling, and standardized deployment patterns. It sets technical direction, establishes cloud architecture standards, partners with security and engineering leadership, supports audit readiness, and mentors engineers across the organization.

Design, implement, and automate security controls across cloud, applications, CI/CD, and AI systems. Perform threat modeling, architecture reviews, monitoring, detection, incident response, and compliance collaboration to embed secure-by-design practices.
