Owns DevOps, SecOps, cloud governance, infrastructure architecture, CI/CD, observability, and platform enablement on AWS. The role develops Terraform-managed infrastructure, secure GitLab pipelines, compliance automation, cost controls, monitoring, self-service tooling, and standardized deployment patterns. It sets technical direction, establishes cloud architecture standards, partners with security and engineering leadership, supports audit readiness, and mentors engineers across the organization.

Owns the Chicago/Midwest territory by developing relationships with high-net-worth investors, RIAs, financial advisors, family offices, and other eligible investors. Responsibilities include territory strategy, client acquisition, asset raising, product presentations, industry networking, sales performance tracking, market insights, and mentoring junior distribution employees. Requires deep asset management knowledge, established investor networks, strong communication skills, digital asset interest, Salesforce experience, and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Design, implement, and automate security controls across cloud, applications, CI/CD, and AI systems. Perform threat modeling, architecture reviews, monitoring, detection, incident response, and compliance collaboration to embed secure-by-design practices.
