Field-deploy robotics engineer who installs, troubleshoots, and optimizes robotic surface-finishing work cells. Works with customers to observe processes, design cell layouts, modify end-of-arm tooling, set up sensors and controls, respond to service calls, and collaborate with software/hardware teams to improve reliability. Heavy travel and on-site customer support required.

The Robotics Engineer will implement and support smart robotic assistants, design robotic cells, and enhance customer success through technical solutions and collaborations.

Design and implement AI models for robotic manufacturing, develop simulation tools, and ensure model transfer from simulation to reality while optimizing ML models in production.
