Develop production robotics perception software for manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include 3D geometry reconstruction, segmentation, inspection, active perception, viewpoint planning, multi-sensor fusion, GPU acceleration, hardware-software integration, debugging, and deployment support. The role works directly with physical robots and sensors, assists application teams with proofs of concept and deployments, and travels to customer sites for system-level troubleshooting.

Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-year autonomous manufacturing facility supporting a defense-scale shipbuilding program. Responsibilities include facility setup, robotic application sequencing, production qualification, ongoing operations coordination, NAVSEA compliance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, milestone reporting, and maintaining program requirements and handoffs. The role requires coordinating engineering teams, external robotics partners, customer leadership, and government stakeholders while traveling to program sites up to 25% of the time.

Own the full employee experience as the sole HR Generalist, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, engagement, payroll, benefits, leave administration, compliance, audits, HRIS management, reporting, and process automation. The role requires building scalable HR systems from scratch, supporting managers through sensitive personnel decisions, and maintaining compliance across multiple states. This position is onsite four days per week at the Carson headquarters.
