What It's Like to Work at GrayMatter Robotics

It is very easy to share knowledge and and information as our mantra is to keep them transparent and accessible. In addition, I have complete ownership over my work, which makes it that much more fulfilling when the outcome is positive. Besides that, our leaders are great at guiding us towards finding robust solutions to new problems.

The team has been incredibly supportive, helpful and welcoming to any direction or process I introduce. I’ve been able to define communication standards for various levels in the organization, introduce deliverables that enforce clear accountability and communication to all levels and drive clarity towards customer-facing interactions.

I’ve heard team members volunteer to take on a big task and say, “I can get this to you by tomorrow.” That willingness to step up and make others successful in such a short time is what gives everyone superpowers.
