The Outside Sales Representative identifies and visits local business prospects, manages the full sales cycle, closes merchant payment solutions, and builds long-term partnerships. The role also manages existing accounts through check-ins, renewals, rate reviews, retention strategies, referrals, and additional financial services. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English, have at least two years of customer-facing experience, use CRM software, maintain reliable internet access, and travel independently throughout Houston to customer locations.

Drive B2B outside sales in Hawaii targeting English- and Korean-speaking businesses. Prospect, close new merchants, manage and retain an account portfolio, perform KYC check-ins, install payment equipment, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and grow referrals.
