Own full outside-sales cycle for a Seattle territory: prospect, present, close, onboard, and manage merchant accounts. Maintain pipelines and meet sales targets, provide account management, upsell services, coordinate equipment installation and support, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and drive retention.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) technical support to merchants, troubleshooting POS systems, payment processors, networking, Windows and iOS issues via phone and email. Manage escalations, collaborate with sales and product teams, maintain/update documentation and support collateral, and deliver high customer satisfaction while working flexible hours and meeting connectivity requirements.

Field sales role responsible for full sales cycle and merchant account management in Los Angeles. Identify and visit local businesses, close deals, maintain portfolios, and drive retention and referrals.
