Develops Gratz Pilates’ Korean market by expanding studio, instructor-training, and partner relationships; driving sales, brand visibility, and customer experience; supporting studio openings, expansions, and events; coordinating local service partners, parts, shipments, and HQ operations; resolving regional customer issues; and providing market insights. The role requires advanced Classical Pilates knowledge, business or operational experience, relationship-building skills, equipment maintenance knowledge, and domestic and international travel.

Supports forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards, and operational decision-making. The role partners with finance, leadership, and manufacturing teams to analyze revenue, margins, labor, expenses, cash flow, production, shipments, and productivity. It also improves ERP-based reporting, data consistency, and planning infrastructure while delivering ad hoc analysis for pricing, capital expenditures, and other business decisions.

Manages complex domestic and international shipments, trade compliance, freight documentation, customs clearance, carrier and vendor relationships, and escalated shipping issues. Analyzes freight costs, monitors logistics KPIs, audits invoices, identifies savings, maintains procedures, and supports ERP and TMS improvements. The role also leads logistics projects, trains colleagues, and provides operational support.

The Cost Accountant will manage manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, WIP, job costing, standard costs, variance analysis, reconciliations, and manufacturing-related journal entries. The role also oversees key accounts payable controls, supports inventory counts and month-end close, investigates cost discrepancies with Operations and Purchasing, and improves ERP-based reporting and accounting processes.

Provides customer support and product guidance through phone, email, and chat. Resolves product, order, shipping, and delivery issues; manages order modifications; documents interactions and feedback; maintains product expertise; and collaborates with Sales, Shipping, Manufacturing, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Own and expand Gratz Pilates’ Shopify Plus ecosystem, including Liquid theme development, reusable templates, product data, apps, checkout, shipping, customer accounts, SEO, and site performance. Build and troubleshoot scalable commerce solutions, manage integrations, evaluate third-party apps, and anticipate downstream effects on fulfillment, tax, reporting, and customer service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while translating technical tradeoffs for non-technical stakeholders.

The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, benefits, leave, HRIS records, payroll support, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement. The role partners with executives, managers, supervisors, and factory employees to strengthen workplace culture, resolve concerns, improve retention, and support talent development and continuous process improvement.
