Teams at Gratz Pilates

Develops Gratz Pilates’ Korean market by expanding studio, instructor-training, and partner relationships; driving sales, brand visibility, and customer experience; supporting studio openings, expansions, and events; coordinating local service partners, parts, shipments, and HQ operations; resolving regional customer issues; and providing market insights. The role requires advanced Classical Pilates knowledge, business or operational experience, relationship-building skills, equipment maintenance knowledge, and domestic and international travel.

Supports forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards, and operational decision-making. The role partners with finance, leadership, and manufacturing teams to analyze revenue, margins, labor, expenses, cash flow, production, shipments, and productivity. It also improves ERP-based reporting, data consistency, and planning infrastructure while delivering ad hoc analysis for pricing, capital expenditures, and other business decisions.

Manages complex domestic and international shipments, trade compliance, freight documentation, customs clearance, carrier and vendor relationships, and escalated shipping issues. Analyzes freight costs, monitors logistics KPIs, audits invoices, identifies savings, maintains procedures, and supports ERP and TMS improvements. The role also leads logistics projects, trains colleagues, and provides operational support.
