Leads commercial underwriting and portfolio management for the bank’s commercial loan portfolio. Oversees credit approvals, risk ratings, covenant and collateral monitoring, compliance, financial analysis, problem-loan identification, and workout strategies. Partners with the Chief Credit Officer and executives on portfolio risk, lending objectives, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Builds and coaches the underwriting and portfolio management team while ensuring timely reporting and adherence to credit policies.

Manage and mentor a team of BSA/AML analysts overseeing customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, investigations, SAR filings, OFAC screening, and high-risk customer reviews. Own alert lifecycle, liaison with BaaS partners and law enforcement, support policy development, and coordinate responses to audits and examinations.

Support fintech partner risk management across the Bank's BaaS portfolio: perform due diligence and risk assessments, monitor post-onboarding compliance, test controls, track remediation, liaise with internal teams and partners on financial-crimes and regulatory compliance, and maintain risk remediation roadmaps and reporting.

Lead financial and data analytics, oversee operational, financial, and compliance reporting for loan, deposit, and investment portfolios. Manage dashboards, budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, capital deployment strategies, and profitability analyses; present metrics to executives and the Board.
