Execute and improve ecommerce campaigns, onsite search, merchandising, product content, SEO, lifecycle programs, and customer-retention initiatives. Own reporting and dashboards, analyze revenue and conversion performance, investigate data issues, evaluate tests, and recommend improvements. Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Sales, design, inventory, and fulfillment teams to define requirements, conduct quality assurance, and move ecommerce roadmap initiatives through launch and measurement.

Provides technical support to customers by phone, live chat, and email for software and printer issues. Installs and troubleshoots safety label printing software, trains customers, creates templates, processes orders, documents support cases, and maintains technical expertise in company applications. The role requires strong communication, customer service, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
