People and Culture Specialist supporting the full employee lifecycle across the US and Canada. Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HR systems management, employee support, policy and compliance communications, process improvement, engagement programs, documentation, and confidential employee matters. The role independently manages Rippling and Lattice, improves People Operations workflows, and supports a remote-first workforce during a 14-month maternity leave coverage contract.

Conduct high-volume outreach to existing customers to identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, especially for invoicing and payments products. Book expansion meetings for Customer Success, drive feature adoption, coordinate with Payments and Customer Success teams, maintain accurate Salesforce records, address common objections, and share customer messaging insights. This remote role focuses on relationship building, pipeline generation, and expansion revenue.

Lead Granum’s architecture team and technical roadmap in a hands-on player-coach role. Responsibilities include evolving a mature SaaS platform, modernizing .NET and Angular systems, reducing technical debt, establishing architectural standards, coordinating platform upgrades, enabling CI/CD, strengthening application security and APIs, supporting AI-assisted development, and leading architects while partnering with Product and engineering teams.

Own outbound prospecting in a high-volume SMB environment, cold calling and qualifying leads for Sales Executives. Build relationships with landscaping, tree care, and snow removal businesses, maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, track KPIs, collaborate with the SDR Manager and Sales team, and represent Granum at trade shows in Canada and the U.S. approximately once per quarter.
