Build and operate end-to-end services for the LMN Estimates product. The Senior Product Designer will own product problems from discovery through launch, creating intuitive experiences for complex workflows and emerging AI-powered, agentic features. Responsibilities include collaborating with product and engineering, prototyping with AI tools, conducting customer research, contributing to design systems and design operations, and improving design quality. The role requires strong UX and interaction design, technical fluency, SaaS product experience, Figma proficiency, and a portfolio demonstrating shipped, outcome-focused work.

Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume SDR, onboarding, and support roles. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, outbound outreach, candidate screening and closing, maintaining warm talent benches, updating Greenhouse pipeline data, and delivering a strong candidate experience. The role partners with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and VP of People & Culture while supporting in-house recruiting capability and leveraging AI and modern sourcing technologies.
