Oversee Controller and accounting teams, ensure audit readiness, deliver executive reporting and cash management, strengthen controls and finance processes, and partner with product and executive leaders on payments and financial governance.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles: source, screen, interview, manage candidates, develop offers, and close. Partner with hiring managers to define roles and strategies, build pipelines, use recruiting data to improve processes, and deliver a compliant, high-quality candidate experience while scaling the recruiting function.

Lead full-cycle B2G sales into government clients: manage outreach, RFP/RFI responses, demos, proposals, contracting, and handoffs. Build stakeholder relationships, manage a territory and pipeline, meet quota, coordinate internal teams, represent the company at events, and help improve go-to-market strategies.
