Teams at Grant Street Group

Serve as the primary client contact for Southeast Florida, building deep partnerships for a SaaS financial transactions platform. Advocate for clients, translate needs to internal teams, proactively resolve issues, understand product/infrastructure/pricing, and travel (~50%) for on-site visits and events.

Maintain and improve operational security across Linux and hybrid AWS/on‑prem environments. Manage vulnerabilities, security logs, control monitoring, remediation tracking, and audit support. Partner with infrastructure and engineering teams to implement secure configurations, access controls, monitoring, and incident readiness. Support compliance activities (FedRAMP/GovRAMP, PCI DSS) and maintain operational documentation.

Serve as liaison between clients and developers for a cloud-based SaaS product: analyze problems, write technical specifications, prioritize work, test changes, implement and train clients, and provide ongoing client support.
