Lead accounting, reporting, treasury, controls, tax, and insurance functions as a senior Finance leader. Oversee Controller and accounting teams, ensure audit readiness, deliver executive reporting and cash management, strengthen controls and finance processes, and partner with product and executive leaders on payments and financial governance.

Serve as the primary client contact for Southeast Florida, building deep partnerships for a SaaS financial transactions platform. Advocate for clients, translate needs to internal teams, proactively resolve issues, understand product/infrastructure/pricing, and travel (~50%) for on-site visits and events.

Lead and coordinate incident response to reduce frequency, duration, and impact of production issues. Drive incident communications, own action items, facilitate risk assessments and postmortems, analyze incident data and trends, and recommend/process improvements. Participate in on-call rotation and work assigned weekday shift hours to support organizational readiness and learning.
