Manage Commercial Auto product lines: maintain and update policy language, forms, and manuals; conduct competitive and regulatory analysis; implement product and pricing changes; lead training; submit regulatory filings; support compliance, QA, and cross-functional implementations; mentor junior compliance specialists.

Responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, collaborating with teams to enhance financial insights, and presenting reports to stakeholders.

Own and manage an assigned territory to drive profitable personal lines growth across 100+ independent agency storefronts. Build and maintain virtual agency partnerships, execute territory and agency strategies, manage pipeline end-to-end, provide product and system training, ensure appropriate book mix and profitability, and collaborate with internal partners to capitalize on opportunities.

Evaluate complex commercial risks via site surveys, hazard detection, and written reports; provide consultative risk improvement, safety training, and corrective action plans; support stewardship accounts and market Enterprise Risk Control services while managing territory travel and scheduling.
