Provide hands-on coaching support for the women's basketball program: attend games and practices, recruit per NAIA rules, assist with camps, support athlete academics, manage program logistics, help marketing and social media, mentor players, and promote a positive team culture.

Manage the university accounts payable process and purchasing card program: vendor setup, invoice and PO processing, check runs, reconciliations, monthly allocations, 1099s, supervise data entry staff, and support annual audits.

Oversee game management and athletic events, supervise student and game management staff, manage ticketing, statistics, video streaming, websites and social media, produce programs/rosters, and support sponsorship/fundraising for Grand View University Athletics.

Provide front-line customer service at the circulation desk, manage check-out/return and ILL processes, organize reserves, assist patrons with library software and equipment, supervise work-study staff, produce notices and statistics, develop displays and programming, and support technical services during the academic year.

Support the women's soccer coaching staff by assisting with training, game-day operations, equipment management, recruiting, academic support, video analysis, marketing, and administrative logistics. Attend all practices and games, manage reserve program, aid in camps, monitor player health, and promote team culture while completing required certifications and NAIA coaching modules.
