Leads the university’s Financial Aid Office, overseeing staff, institutional aid models, budgets, compliance, reporting, tuition exchange programs, and student counseling. Partners with enrollment, admissions, and senior leadership to improve recruitment, retention, affordability, and net tuition revenue. Manages federal and state financial aid requirements, implements regulatory changes, and supports financial aid systems and data reporting.

Designs and mentors students in scenic, lighting, and sound production across four annual theatre productions. Oversees technical production elements, theatre rentals, scheduling, budgets, supplies, shops, stage crews, safety, and work-study students. Maintains theatre facilities and equipment while collaborating on external events. The role requires scenic construction, lighting and electrics expertise, soundboard and QLab knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work irregular nights and weekends.
