Designs and mentors students in scenic, lighting, and sound production across four annual theatre productions. Oversees technical production elements, theatre rentals, scheduling, budgets, supplies, shops, stage crews, safety, and work-study students. Maintains theatre facilities and equipment while collaborating on external events. The role requires scenic construction, lighting and electrics expertise, soundboard and QLab knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work irregular nights and weekends.

Supports daily HR operations across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, employee relations, HR systems, reporting, and employee engagement. Serves as a primary HR contact, maintains confidential records, facilitates onboarding, assists with leave and benefits administration, supports audits and reporting, and helps improve HR processes and systems.

Coordinates educational programs, events, special projects, and strategic initiatives from planning through evaluation. Responsibilities include developing project plans and timelines, tracking milestones, coordinating meetings and logistics, maintaining records and calendars, preparing communications, supporting purchasing and expense reconciliation, and reporting progress to the Executive Director. The role also provides administrative support, collaborates with students and community partners, and assists with off-site events and occasional regional travel.
