Leads seasonal staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, orientation, training, scheduling, and development. Supports daily camp operations through logistics, purchasing, supplies, vehicles, communication, and year-round planning. Partners with leadership on recruiting outreach, staff support, feedback collection, and operational improvements while helping create a positive work environment for seasonal employees.

Generates and grows hotel group sales by prospecting target markets, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, developing client relationships, and confirming new and repeat business. Maximizes lodging and package revenue while managing inventory and rates. The role also supports sales initiatives, trade shows, reporting, cross-department coordination, and guest satisfaction, with availability for weekends, holidays, and business-driven schedule changes.

Provides executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and leadership team by managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, records, reports, travel, and follow-ups. Compiles and analyzes guest feedback, identifies service trends, maintains reporting systems, and supports operational projects. The role requires strong organization, technology proficiency, communication, discretion, multitasking, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
