Supervise and perform daily ticket scanning operations at chairlifts, ensuring valid tickets, waivers, and identity matches. Lead 4–6 scanning staff, manage schedules and timecards, document fraudulent pass use and performance issues, maintain scanning equipment, troubleshoot POS and IT issues, and coordinate with Ticket Office, Lift Operations, IT, and management. Provide welcoming guest service, handle confrontational situations, and assist with lift maze setup while working outdoors in all weather.

Seasonal ticket scanner responsible for greeting guests, verifying lift tickets and passes, confirming waivers and identities, processing ticket-office sales and transactions, handling cash, reviewing reservations, and completing station closing procedures. The role also assists with lift maze setup, rental equipment support, and ski school services. Work is performed outdoors in variable weather and requires prolonged standing, walking, weekend and holiday availability, and frequent guest interaction.

Lead and manage ski and bike patrol operations focusing on safety, incident investigation, training, scheduling, supervision, and interdepartmental coordination. Provide medical assistance, search and rescue, slope safety, equipment maintenance oversight, budgeting support, and guest service, while developing patrol staff through coaching, performance management, and specialized investigator/mentorship programs.

Lead development and delivery of the Ski & Ride School training program, mentor and evaluate instructors, coordinate hiring and scheduling of trainers, plan clinics and assessments, ensure PSIA/AASI-aligned teaching and safety standards, and support instructor certification progression and departmental operations.

Oversee daily indoor operations of the Ski & Ride School, coordinate instructor schedules and assignments, supervise children and support instructors, assist front desk and lesson sales, ensure facility cleanliness and safety, communicate incidents to management, and enforce child safety and company policies. Provide leadership, teach lessons when needed, and support school programs and events.

Lead on‑snow ski school operations, assign and coach instructors, enforce PSIA standards and safety, handle guest concerns, assist scheduling and setup, and teach when needed to ensure high-quality lessons and smooth daily operations.
