Manage daily aerial lift and conveyor operations, staff hiring/training/scheduling (20–25 winter, 5 summer), ensure CPTSB/ANSI compliance, coordinate with Ski Patrol and departments, maintain safety documentation, lead safety committee work, oversee guest service and operational projects.

Lead and manage ski and bike patrol operations focusing on safety, incident investigation, training, scheduling, supervision, and interdepartmental coordination. Provide medical assistance, search and rescue, slope safety, equipment maintenance oversight, budgeting support, and guest service, while developing patrol staff through coaching, performance management, and specialized investigator/mentorship programs.
