Build full-stack developer experience tooling for Superhuman Docs, including internal platforms, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, build systems, local development environments, testing workflows, golden paths, and documentation. Partner with engineers, business-unit leaders, and the central platform team to define developer productivity roadmaps and metrics. Improve release speed, reliability, and engineering workflows across a hybrid monolith and microservices architecture.

Partners with business-unit leadership to translate strategy into priorities, plans, and execution. Establishes planning rhythms, governance, business reviews, dashboards, and operating cadences; leads complex cross-functional initiatives, product launches, integrations, and readiness efforts. Responsibilities include shaping joint value propositions, creating pitch and demo assets, enabling alliance managers and partners, packaging repeatable solutions, coordinating launches, supporting partner growth, and tracking post-launch performance. The role works across Alliance Programs, Partner Marketing, Technical Alliances, Product, and solution architecture, with approximately 25% international travel.

Own end-to-end design for growth experiences including onboarding, activation, referrals, and upgrades. Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into measurable design solutions, lead experimentation and A/B testing, collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams, evolve the design system, and maintain a high bar for visual craft and usability.

Partners with Engineering, Product, and Design leadership on budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting, headcount planning, expense management, and investment decisions. Builds financial models, scenario analyses, executive reporting, and scalable automated processes using AI tools. Translates complex financial and operational data into actionable insights and collaborates across finance and business teams to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.

Design, build, and operate large-scale ETL pipelines, data lakes, and data platforms processing billions of daily events. Own data quality, freshness, reliability, monitoring, and observability for foundational datasets. Develop self-service ETL frameworks and tooling, contribute to architecture and technical strategy, and partner with product, engineering, machine learning, data science, and leadership teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Build and operate scalable growth data pipelines, models, feature datasets, and measurement systems supporting paid acquisition, ad bidding, experimentation, attribution, and audience targeting. Partner with Growth, Marketing, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science to deliver reliable data products, productionize machine-learning workflows, maintain data quality and observability, and improve platform performance, cost efficiency, and developer experience.

Own the roadmap for Superhuman’s core data model and shared platform services across multiple products. Define canonical entities, relationships, events, permissions, and semantics while partnering with engineering, data science, security, and product teams. Establish standards for data quality, governance, documentation, discoverability, reliability, and developer experience. Prioritize investments, define success metrics, enable high-impact use cases, and turn complex distributed data into trusted, scalable platform capabilities.

Drive Superhuman Mail’s mid-market expansion through value-based B2B SaaS sales. Responsibilities include managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, negotiating contracts, building executive relationships, developing outbound strategies and account plans, forecasting, maintaining pipeline rigor, and collaborating with Sales Development, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

Partners with a business unit’s EPDM leadership to translate strategy into priorities, execution plans, operating cadences, governance, and performance tracking. Owns complex cross-functional initiatives, launch readiness, integrations, business reviews, dashboards, and information flow across teams. Acts as a trusted leadership delegate and connective operator across business units, route-to-market teams, and functional experts in a matrixed, multi-product environment.

Sell Superhuman's Go platform and multi-product bundles to commercial accounts (250-4,999 employees). Own full sales cycle, build pipeline, develop executive relationships, navigate complex procurement and legal processes, collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product, and establish the Commercial playbook while maintaining Salesforce CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.

Build and lead scalable data governance systems across the data platform, including privacy policy enforcement, metadata and lineage management, data security, regulatory compliance, and purpose-driven access. Architect reliable systems for high-volume data environments, shape technical strategy and roadmaps, collaborate with Privacy, Legal, Security, and Trust teams, and mentor engineers across backend infrastructure and data engineering.

Own the iOS mobile roadmap and technical strategy for Superhuman Mail. Lead high-impact, cross-team engineering initiatives; define the mobile platform’s architecture, technical foundations, and one-to-two-year investment roadmap. Partner with product and engineering leadership on strategy and execution, mentor senior engineers, drive cross-functional alignment, and improve team delivery through AI-native development practices while maintaining high-quality user experiences.

Own the iOS mobile roadmap and technical strategy for Superhuman Mail. Lead high-impact, complex engineering initiatives; define the mobile platform’s architecture, technical foundations, and one-to-two-year vision; partner with product and engineering leadership on strategy and execution; mentor senior engineers; drive cross-functional alignment; and promote AI-native software development practices while delivering reliable, high-quality mobile experiences.

The Software Engineer will enhance the structured data storage layer in Superhuman Docs, ensuring database reliability, performance, and correct data handling under varying workloads. Responsibilities include improving table management, server-side query planning, and collaborating on formula and sync processes.

The Senior ABX Manager will design and execute account-based marketing programs for strategic accounts, collaborating with sales to drive engagement and revenue.

Lead product management for Superhuman's admin console, enhancing the buyer journey and streamlining admin experiences for enterprises, ensuring security and compliance.

Own the Coda Docs sales motion within an enterprise book: build pipeline, partner with ATU AEs, Sales Engineers and CSMs, run consultative discovery with VP/C-suite stakeholders, demo tailored Coda solutions, navigate procurement/legal, maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, and contribute GTM playbook improvements to drive land and expansion revenue.

Lead and develop a team of eight Account Executives for the Commercial (Mid-Market) segment. Drive quota attainment, coaching, forecasting, pipeline accuracy in Salesforce, hiring and onboarding, cross-functional GTM execution, and streamline sales processes while occasionally acting as a player-coach in customer negotiations.

Provide legal counsel across product lifecycle for AI agents and SaaS products, triage and resolve legal issues, advise Product/Design/Engineering/Marketing, manage IP, monitor AI/privacy regulations, build scalable compliance processes, and deliver training.
