Teams at Superhuman

Build full-stack developer experience tooling for Superhuman Docs, including internal platforms, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, build systems, local development environments, testing workflows, golden paths, and documentation. Partner with engineers, business-unit leaders, and the central platform team to define developer productivity roadmaps and metrics. Improve release speed, reliability, and engineering workflows across a hybrid monolith and microservices architecture.

Partners with business-unit leadership to translate strategy into priorities, plans, and execution. Establishes planning rhythms, governance, business reviews, dashboards, and operating cadences; leads complex cross-functional initiatives, product launches, integrations, and readiness efforts. Facilitates information flow and decision-making across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, go-to-market, Revenue, Sales, Finance, Data, and other business units while independently driving high-impact operational work.

Develops and commercializes partner-built solutions across the Superhuman Suite. Responsibilities include shaping joint value propositions, creating pitch and demo assets, enabling alliance managers and partners, packaging repeatable solutions, coordinating launches, supporting partner growth, and tracking post-launch performance. The role works across Alliance Programs, Partner Marketing, Technical Alliances, Product, and solution architecture, with approximately 25% international travel.
