Manage partner onboarding, KYB documentation, and compliance gaps while coordinating with banks, partners, Compliance, Product, and Engineering. Investigate operational risks, resolve issues, communicate proactively, and improve or automate repetitive workflows in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend services and APIs for a fintech hedging platform. Lead architecture and technical discussions, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance systems.
