Teams at GRAIL

Design, build, test, deploy, and operate cloud-native backend and full-stack applications supporting GRAIL’s commercial healthcare products. Develop Go services on AWS and Kubernetes, maintain React interfaces, design scalable microservices, improve reliability and observability, participate in on-call operations, and contribute to CI/CD and testing practices. Partner with product and clinical teams, lead technical designs, mentor engineers, and build software compliant with regulated healthcare requirements.

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and automation tools to generate leads and schedule meetings with employer, labor, payer, insurer, and first-responder organizations. Maintain CRM records, manage marketing-qualified leads, support sales teams, and grow into managing midmarket opportunities through closure. Track activity goals, follow up persistently, provide market feedback, and build relationships with executive, clinical, and HR/Benefits leaders.

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and accruals (including clinical trial accruals). Support SOX compliance and audits, drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements, maintain controls, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate US GAAP financial reporting.
