Provide clinical supervision and operational oversight for an Article 31 OMH mental health clinic: hire/train staff, ensure regulatory compliance and quality, carry a part-time caseload, manage crisis response, intake, therapy services, outreach and retention, monitor productivity and revenue targets, and collaborate with internal programs and community providers to maintain program fidelity and site operations.

Lead and evolve talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding. Oversee full-cycle recruitment, establish competency-based selection, manage and mentor recruiters, build diverse pipelines, advise senior leaders with labor market insights, manage recruiting systems and metrics (Paycom), cultivate external partnerships, represent the organization externally, and drive continuous improvement in hiring operations and candidate experience.

Lead HRIS (Paycom) administration, people analytics, reporting, and automation. Ensure data integrity and governance, build dashboards and insights for leadership, streamline HR processes, and drive continuous improvement across HR operations.
