Builds and maintains Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, workspaces, datasets, and dataflows. Conducts SQL, Excel, and Power Query analyses to evaluate program performance and support decisions. Partners with IT on enterprise data architecture, documents data assets and methodologies, translates stakeholder needs into technical requirements, presents findings, and coaches staff in data literacy and dashboard use.

Provides educational advocacy and individualized support to 5th–8th grade students and their families. Responsibilities include school selection, special education and IEP advocacy, tutoring referrals, attendance and disciplinary support, enrollment and transfer assistance, academic progress tracking, extracurricular referrals, and coordination with case planners, schools, caregivers, and family teams.

Manage employee relations and workplace investigations, coach managers on performance and accountability, oversee performance management and OKRs, support labor and policy relations, interpret employment law, mediate workplace conflicts, analyze ER trends, improve HR processes, and implement technology-driven case management and analytics initiatives.
