Supervising Performance Analyst

About Graham:

Graham provides life-changing tools and resources for children, young adults and families who face some of the most difficult obstacles caused by poverty, racial injustice, and lack of access to educational opportunities, living wage employment, quality healthcare, and affordable housing. We collaborate with communities and strong partners to create and implement innovative strategies so everyone can lead healthy, joyful, and successful lives.

The Program Performance and Planning (PPP) team advances a culture of learning, strategic program development, and data-driven performance management in pursuit of that mission and vision. PPP partners with program leaders to select and develop new interventions, analyze and interpret data, assess program effectiveness, apply learning from data analysis and feedback into program improvement efforts, and develop program resources to strengthen operations and service delivery.

About the Position PPP seeks a Supervising Performance Analyst to promote excellence through performance measurement, analysis, documentation reviews, report production, collecting participant feedback, synthesizing and reporting information to guide management decisions, and being a thought partner to program management on operational and programmatic improvement.
