Teams at Graham Corporation

Coordinates drafting, review, redlining, negotiation, and administration of domestic and international contracts, proposals, purchase orders, and service agreements. Identifies contractual risks, supports export compliance and licensing, maintains contract records and databases, prepares reports, and improves contract processes and templates. Collaborates with sales, engineering, legal, compliance, and other departments while interpreting contractual obligations and ensuring adherence to company policies and government regulations.

Supports the engineering department through product design and development activities, including process documentation, work instructions, test specifications, bills of materials, and technical drawings. Participates in requirements definition, design reviews, product and process improvements, manufacturing-focused design, testing, and cross-functional communication under the direction of senior engineering staff.

Designs custom mechanical equipment and systems using CAD, analysis tools, and engineering software. Creates models, assemblies, drawings, dimensions, and tolerances while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, codes, safety standards, and manufacturing constraints. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver practical, cost-effective designs. Performs engineering calculations, resolves design issues, supports projects, and contributes to continuous improvement.
