Provide front-desk receptionist services and HR administrative support, handling phones, visitor security, training setup (Paylocity), inventory for the Extra Mile Shop, data entry, reports, and general office duties to support HR operations.

Supports design programs, reads customer specs and terms, provides field service support, participates in design and process reviews, coordinates with sales and operations, and implements product/process improvements while developing customer troubleshooting skills.

Manage medium-specification mechanical projects from design through production, coordinating shop, QA, and engineering. Drive product design for manufacturability, create project metrics and schedules, lead continuous-improvement efforts, perform engineering calculations/FEA, support service issues, and engage with customers and leadership to meet quality and delivery goals.
